With a mission of making healthy, natural food as affordable as possible, City Greens Market provides food from local farmers to the community without a cost markup. This is implemented by the market being mostly run by volunteers, by not trying to make a profit, and asking for a small membership fee from households that make over $30,000 a year (households earning less can join for free). The non-profit community grocery store is affiliated with St. Francis Community Services Midtown Center on Boyle.
