May offers a chance to bring awareness to our mental health. Included in this inevitably comes the invitation to assess our spirit and soul’s well-being. The question posed to us asks if and how we can strengthen and foster fortitude to weather the challenges we face with grace. Sound allows for us to do just that. Rekindling our awareness of our vibrational reality and working with sounds whether in soundbaths, the mantras we speak, and the sonic landscapes we choose to create allows us to forge the fortitude required to live a life of sublime peace, lasting happiness, and divine contentment.
